Andrew Duckman advises Bloom Burton in the areas of healthcare insurance products, reimbursement and consumer healthcare.
Andrew is a seasoned corporate benefits and general insurance consultant with over a decade of experience in the risk management, merchant banking and information technology sectors. His core competencies involve employee benefit cost containment and executive and business owner benefit construction. Andrew began his career at Unum Provident (now Royal Bank of Canada) developing unique financial solutions to serve the specialized needs of Canada's small and medium-sized businesses, and was responsible for integrating special risk solutions into the product lines of some of Canada's largest financial and insurance firms. In 2003, he joined one of Canada's leading Third Party Administrator and Brokerage firms, where he served as the Vice-President of Corporate Development. Andrew currently owns and operates financial consulting and insurance product development firms, AJD Financial Group and Child First Financial.
